Harichandran Rubasundram, Managing Partner

He is member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and The Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is an Approved Company Auditor and registered with the Audit Oversight Board. He is also a Co-operative Auditor and a licensed Tax Agent.

He joined the Firm in 2001 as an Audit Associate. He has experience in Audits and Taxation, handling clients ranging from private limited companies to public listed companies, co -operatives, and statutory bodies. Besides audit and taxation, he also has experience in Consultancy and Internal Audits.

Venkatramanan Viswanathan, Senior Partner

He was admitted as a member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1981. In addition, he also holds memberships with Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and The Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is a Approved Company Auditor and registered with the Audit Oversight Board. He is also a Co-operative Auditor and a licensed Tax Agent.

He commenced his accounting career in 1973 and was trained in a Big Four Firm. He moved to Commerce & industry as Financial Controller of a multi-national group for three and a half years, which provided him with relevant experience in commerce and industry. He commenced public practice in 1987. He served as the Managing Partner of the Firm from 2012 to Feb 2022. His vast experience includes amongst others the audit of PLCs, government agencies, universities, hospitals, investment holding companies, co-operatives, plantations, manufacturing, and trading companies. He was for 10 years an independent director and Audit Committee Chairman of a Private University.

Mohammad Nizam Johari, Resident Partner, Johor Bahru Office

He is member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is an Approved Company Auditor and also registered with the Audit Oversight Board.

He joined the firm in 1994 and rose the ranks to Senior Manager and was subsequently admitted as a Partner of the firm. He has wide experience in the audits of SMEs, as well as advising SME clients. He is experienced in the audit of listed companies and as a reporting accountant. He also has diverse experience in Corporate Tax, Real Property Gain Tax and Personal Tax. He also has many years of experience in the audit of Statutory Bodies and Government Agencies.

Ain Zurin Lizan, Audit Manager 

She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She joined the firm in 2014 and rose the ranks and is now an Audit Manager. She has wide experience in audit and leads audit and assurance assignments.

She is currently the Resident Manager of Johor Bahor Office.

Nyanamary Francis Sinnapar, Senior Manager 

She completed her degree with a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance. Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales and member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants.

Started her career in a Big Four Firm and has gained 12 years of experience in Audit and Assurance. Has gained vast experience in managing and completing audits, including PLCs and various companies in different industries including telecommunication and technologies, investment holdings, plantation, trading, and manufacturing industries.

She joined the firm in 2023 as Senior Audit Manager and currently the Resident Manager of Kuala Lumpur Office.

Kuhan Nagarajah, Resident Manager, Melaka Office 

He is member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.

He has 12 years of experience in audits, Corporate Tax, Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT), and Individual Tax.

He is currently the Resident Manager of the Melaka Office.

Ravindran Narayanasamy, Senior Manager (Taxation) 

He is a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and an approved Tax Agent licensed by the Ministry of Finance.

He has extensive experience in Malaysian Tax Compliance and Tax Planning for corporates, partnership and individual tax, and other tax services such as Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT), withholding tax (WHT) and tax incentive claims.  He also has expertise in expatriate tax, setting up Representative Office and work permit applications. He also has experience transfer pricing cross-border tax issues.
